青岛市某街道65岁以上老年人高血压患病状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市城阳区城阳街道65岁以上老年人高血压患病状况及影响因素,为采取针对性防制措施和健康干预提供依据。方法利用2013年青岛市城阳区城阳街道自愿参加体检的65岁以上老年人体检数据,描述该人群高血压患病情况,对该人群高血压的相关因素进行单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析。结果城阳街道老年人高血压患病率为48.7%,其中男性患病率为43.6%,女性患病率为52.5%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、年龄增大、BMI高、腰围大、心电图异常和体育锻炼频率低是高血压患病的危险因素,已婚、少数民族和偶尔或经常饮酒是高血压的保护因素。结论青岛市城阳街道自愿参加体检的65岁以上老年人高血压患病率较高。该人群高血压是多种因素联合作用的结果,应对其采取针对性的综合防治措施。OBJECTIVE To acqwire the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension over 65 years old in Chengyang District of Qingdao city so as to provide basis for the prevention and control measures and health intervention.METHODS Using physical examination data of 65 years of age or older people’s from voluntarily participate in Chengyang Community of Qingdao in 2013 to describe the prevalence of hypertension in the population and handling related factors of hypertension in the population by single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis.RESULTS The prevalence rate of hypertension among the elderly in Chengyang was 48 .7%,the prevalence rate of male was 43.6%,and the prevalence rate of female was 52.5%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women,increasing age,high BMI,waist circumference,abnormal ECG and exercise frequency low are high frequency of hypertension risk factors.Married,ethnic minorities and occasional or frequent drinking were protective factors for hypertension.CON-CLUSION The elderly people over 65 years old in Chengyang community of Qingdao who participated in the physical examination had a high prevalence of hypertension,but the rate was lower than the same age in the city as a whole level of the elderly.The study population of hypertension combined with the results of a variety of factors,to respond to its comprehensive prevention and control measures.
