兰州市城关区65岁以上老年人高血压病患病及影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市城关区老年人高血压病患病情况及影响因素。方法根据兰州市城关区人口分布、社会经济发展水平和地域特点,整群随机抽取1 531名65岁及以上常住老年人进行流行病学问卷调查和体格检查。调查该老年人群高血压的患病率并分析影响因素。结果高血压病总患病率为34.1%。男性患病率为30.3%,女性患病率为37.3%,男性和女性之间高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.215,P=0.002)。不同性别、年龄段、饮酒、BMI、心理调节、腰围(腹型肥胖)、锻炼时间、TC含量、TG含量与高血压患病率差异均有统计学意义。多因素logistic回归结果表明,高龄、过量饮酒、腹型肥胖和高含量胆固醇均是高血压的危险因素。结论兰州市城关区社区老年人高血压病患病率达34.1%,过量饮酒、腹型肥胖和高含量胆固醇均是高血压危险因素。OBJECTIVE To observe the distribution of prevalence of hypertension and its influencing factors among the elderly populations in Chengguan communities of Lanzhou.METHODS According to the population distribution of social and economic development level and geographic features,the cluster random samppling consented survey in the population aged over 65 years in Chengguan District of Lanzhou were investigated relevant physical examination and epidemic questionnaire.The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly and to investigated to analyze the community hypertension associated risk factors.RESULTS The total prevalence rate of hypertension was 34.1%.The prevalence rate of male was 30.3%,and the prevalence rate of hypertension was 37.3%,the difference was statistically significant between male and female（χ~2=9.215,P=0.002）.Different gender,age,drinking,BMI,psychological adjustment,waist circumference（abdominal obesity）,exercise time,TC content,TG content and the prevalence of hypertension were statistically significant.Multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age,excessivedrinking,abdominal obesity,high cholesterol levels were the risk factors of hypertension.CONCLUSION The pyevalence of hyperension in residents aged Over 65 year Chengguan communities of Lanzhou was 34.1%.over drinking,abdominal obesity and high blood fat were risk factors of hypertension.
