摘 要:目的比较液体培养法和固体培养法检测泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)和人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis,Mh)的效果,提高支原体检测的准确性。方法将628例泌尿生殖道标本同时作液体、固体培养,比较两培养法检出解脲、人型支原体的阳性率和污染率。结果液体培养阳性率49.36%(Uu阳性率36.15%、Uu+Mh阳性率11.94%、Mh阳性率1.27%),污染率8.44%;固体培养阳性率45.86%(Uu阳性率33.12%、Uu+Mh阳性率10.83%、Mh阳性率1.91%),污染率1.91%。两培养法的阳性率、污染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液体法污染率高,易误诊,但快捷且可提供药敏结果;固体法可确诊,可补充液体法对Mh检测的不足。两者联合使用可提高支原体检测的准确性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the effects that liquid culture method and solid culture method in the detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and we improve the accuracy of the Mycoplasma detection.Methods A total of 628 samples of urethra and genital tract Mycoplasma were separately cultured with the methods of liquidand solid culture at the same time. Then we compare the positive rate and pollution rate under the two methods in detecting Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis. Results The positive rate of liquid culture method was 49.36%(Uu36.15%,Uu+Mh 11.94% and Mh 1.27%),the pollution rate was 8.44%. The positive rate of solid culture method was 45.86%(Uu 33.12%,Uu+ Mh 10.83% and Mh 1.91%),the pollution rate was 1.91%. The differences of the positive and pollution ratesbetween the two culture methods were statistic significance(P 0.05). Conclusion The liquid culture method has a higherpollution rate and is easier to cause false diagnosis,but it is quick and can provide drug sensitivity results.The solid culturemethod can confirm cases in diagnosing Mycoplasma infection,it can supply the shortage of liquid culture method in detecting Mh. Combining the two methods can improve the accuracy in diagnosing Mycoplasma infection,it is worthy of clinicalapplication.
