宜昌市某戒毒所一起甲型H3N2季节性流感暴发调查

摘　　要：目的分析宜昌市某戒毒所内流感暴发疫情的流行病学特征,为防控流感及呼吸道传染病暴发疫情提供可借鉴的措施和科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对宜昌市某戒毒所内一起流感暴发疫情进行调查,并采集患者相应标本开展实验室检测。结果 2014年7月16日—23日,宜昌市某戒毒所内出现流感暴发疫情,累计65人发病,无死亡病例。疫情波及2名干警和该戒毒所内仅有的两个戒毒大队。对发病人员采集的鼻咽拭子样本经过PCR核酸检测,检出甲型H3N2季节性流感病毒。此起疫情可判断为由甲型H3N2季节性流感病毒引起的暴发疫情。结论该疫情是本市当年夏季监测到的首起流感暴发疫情,暴发的原因主要因戒毒所内人员基础健康状况较差、人员密集且未采取针对性的呼吸道传染病预防控制措施所致。通过采用现场流行病学调查,管理传染源,切断传播途径等综合防控措施,疫情迅速得到有效控制。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of a influenza outbreak in a compulsory isolateddetoxification in Yichang,so as to provide referential measures and scientific basis to control and prevent influenza andrespiratory infectious disease outbreaks. Methods The field epidemiological study and the laboratory tests were performed inthe survey of this influenza outbreak in the compulsory isolated detoxification in Yichang. Results July 16-July 23,2014,ainfluenza outbreak occurred in a compulsory isolated detoxification center in Yichang,a total of 65 cases were reported withoutdeath. The outbreak affected two police officers and all of the two groups of forced drug abstainers. Nucleic acid test indicatedthat influenza A/H3N2 virus was detected in the patients＇ nasopharyngeal swab samples. Thus the outbreak was affirmed ainfluenza A/H3N2 outbreak. Conclusion That was the first influenza outbreak dedicated in the summer of 2014 in Yichang,the cause of the outbreak mainly due to the poor health of those forced detoxificatees,crowded dormitory and no targetedprevention and control measures for respiratory infectious diseases were taken. By means of comprehensive prevention andcontrol measures,such as field epidemiological investigation,infection management,cut off the route of transmission,theoutbreak quickly got controlled.
