摘 要:通过模拟工业大气腐蚀试验,研究了稀土对汽车板用钢耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过SEM和XRD研究了锈层的形貌和腐蚀产物的成分。采用极化曲线法和失重法分析了电化学行为和腐蚀动力学规律。结果表明:含稀土的汽车板用钢比不含稀土的汽车板用钢的锈层更加致密与连续;含稀土的汽车板用钢自腐蚀电位高于不含稀土的汽车板用钢。在本试验条件下,稀土能提高汽车板用钢的耐工业大气腐蚀性。The effects of rare earth on the corrosion resistance of automobile sheet steel were studied by simulating industrial atmospheric corrosion test. By SEM and XRD, the morphology of rusty scale and composition of corrosion products were studied. The electrochemical behavior and corrosion kinetics rule were analyzed by using polarization curve method and gravimetric method. The results show that compared with automobile panels without rare earth, the rusty scale of the steel used for automobile steel sheet containing rare earth is more compact and continuous, and the corrosion potential is higher than that of automobile steel sheet non-containing rare earth. Under experimental conditions, the rare earth can improve the corrosion resistance of the steel used in the automobile industry.
