摘　　要：安徽省立第一民众教育馆图书部存在于社会动荡时期,通过艰辛的探索和持久的努力,不断丰富创新服务方式,拓宽服务领域,得到了社会民众的认可,馆内阅者人数众多,馆外服务活动开展得有声有色,发挥了重要的社会教育作用,这些探索与实践对当前图书馆建设和工作开展有一定的启示作用。The library of Anhui No. 1 Provincial People＇ s Education Pavilion existing in the social turmoil gradually got improved through hard exploration and permanent efforts, constantly enriched innovative services, and expanded service areas, which had been recognized by people. Many readers went to the library,while service activities outside the library were also welcome. It played an important role in social education,which also had certain enlightenment to the current library construction and service.
