区域政产学研合作网络及创新驱动力模式研究——以合肥地区高校为例

摘　　要：以合肥地区10所高校为例,对区域政产学研合作网络及创新驱动力模式进行了定量研究。通过对点度数、中间中心性、特征向量、科研人员流动比率、学科集中度5个指标的分析,研究了省内高校的合作模式、区域政产学研的20种合作模式、区域政产学研合作的创新驱动力来源、区域政产学研合作的人员流动情况,从而为区域政产学研合作能力的提升提供量化参考。Taking 10 universities in Hefei as an example, this paper makes a quantitative study on the network and the innovation driving force mode of its regional government-industry-university-research cooperation. Through analysis of 5 indicators of the degree, betweenness, eigenvector, the flow rate of scientific research personnel, and the concentration of the discipline, the cooperation modes of universities in Anhui are studied together with 20 modes of regional government-industry-university-research cooperation, its innovation driving force, the flow of the personnel, which can provide a quantitative reference for the improvement of regional cooperation ability.
