摘　　要：在临床运用中发现,防风的功效及应用,除现行各版《中药学》教材中记述的之外,还可畅达肝木,能广泛应用于肠易激综合征、慢惊风、小儿多发性抽动症等多种疾病。追本溯源,从历代本草记载、方剂配伍及古今临床应用等方面,对防风这一功用进行了深入分析和研究,发现防风畅达肝木的功效主要体现在以下3个方面:达木疏土、升散郁火、息风止痉。这一分析不仅扩大了防风的临床应用范围,更为医家从多角度论治木郁病证提供了思路。Besides the actions described in textbooks of Chinese materia medica,Radix Saposhnikoviae also has a good effect on soothing wood depression. Therefore,it can be widely used in a variety of diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome,chronic infantile convulsion and tourette syndrome,etc.In order to get the root of the matter, the author analysed and researched many references from the ancient records of traditional Chinese medicine, prescription compatibility and modern clinical cases.The result is that Radix Saposhnikoviae is effective on soothing liver and regulating spleen,dispersing stagnant fire and extinguishing wind to relieve convulsions.This research not only enlarges the clinical use of Radix Saposhnikoviae, but also provides new thoughts to treat patterns of wood-stagnation.
