针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床用穴思路探讨

摘　　要：目的通过文献研究分析针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床取穴规律,探讨用穴思路。方法检索2005—2015年中国知网中针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床文献,总结针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛选穴规律,进而探讨用穴思路。结果纳入的52篇文献中,出现频次较高的腧穴有阿是穴、夹脊穴、足三里、阳陵泉、太冲、合谷、曲池、支沟等;穴位配伍方面,出现最多频率的腧穴配伍组合有阿是穴、夹脊穴配伍,阿是穴、足三里配伍,夹脊穴、阳陵泉配伍,阿是穴、阳陵泉配伍,阿是穴、曲池配伍等。结论针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床用穴思路:多选取阿是穴以局部治疗,选取手足阳经腧穴以整体辨证论治,选取夹脊穴以振奋督脉阳气和刺激脊髓神经丛。Objective Through literature researc hing, we had analysed clinical acupoint selection of Acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and explored the idea of using acupuncture points. Methods Methods To retrieve the clinical literature on acupuncture for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in 2005-2015 China knowledge network.And then to explore the idea of using acupuncture points. Results Results In the 52 selected papers, at high frequency with Ahshi, Jiaji, Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Taichong, Hegu, Quchi, Zhigou, etc.In compatibility of points,the most common combination of acupuncture points is： Ahshi and Jiaji, Ahshi and Zusanli; Jiaji and Yanglingquan;Ahshi and Yanglingquan, Ahshi and Quchi. Conclusion Conclusion The thought of acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia： Multiselect Ashi points to local treatment,selection of yang meridians to integral syndrome differentiation, selection of Jiaji to stimulate yang qi of du meridian and the spinal cord nerve plexus.
