押手在针灸操作中的作用

摘　　要：从针刺操作和艾灸操作两个角度,对押手作用进行说明、归纳和总结,认为在针刺前,押手有定位揣穴、感知及激发经气、疏散卫气、固定肢体和暴露穴位以协助进针的作用;针刺时,有分散患者注意力、减轻针刺疼痛感、辨别和促使得气,增强得气感和控制经气运行的方向的作用;出针时,可起开阖补泻、可解除滞针、防止不必要的出血和消除不良针感的作用。其次,在艾灸操作中,押手起感知皮肤温度以防止烫伤、固定隔绵或隔布、缓解施灸时疼痛感。由此可见,押手在针刺和艾灸操作过程中的作用不可忽视,作为临床针灸医生应提高对其的重视,以提高临床疗效。From the two angles of acupuncture manipulation and moxibustion manipulation, this paper illustrates and summarizes the role of hand holding.The study found that the role of pressi ng-hand is Fixing and confirming the location of points,induction and stimulation of meridian qi, evacuating weiqi, fixing limb, exposure point and assisting acupuncture needle into acupoints.During acupuncture, it can divert patients＇ attention, relieve pain,Discrimination and prompting needle sensation, enhancing the feeling of needle sensation and controlling the running direction of meridian qi.After withdrawing the needle, it does the function on reinforcing and reducing method by keeping hole opened or closed, relieving the sticking of needl e, preventing unnecessary bleeding and eliminating uncomfortable needling sensation. In moxibustion manipulation, the pressing-hand can perceives the skin temperature so as to protect patients from scald, fix partition cotton or partition cloth and relieve pain in treatment. Hence,we can see that the function of pressing-hand in acupuncture manipulation and moxibustion manipulation must not be neglect. Clinical acupuncturists should pay more attention to pressing-hand and enhance clinical effects.
