摘　　要：目的分析了解近年来推拿手法防治肌腱病的进展状况。方法通过中国知网检索近年来推拿手法防治肌腱病的临床及实验研究论文,并对以上论文进行归纳、整理和分析综合,从而对推拿手法防治肌腱病的研究进展进行系统的总结。结果目前大量相关研究侧重临床疗效的观察,对推拿手法作用机制的研究较少。结论推拿手法防治肌腱病具有独特优势,且随着研究的深入,会得到更多广泛的共识。Objective Objective To analyze the progress of massage in the prevention and treatment of tendon diseases in recent years. Methods Methods we searched the clinical and experimental research on the prevention and treatment of tendon diseases by massage through CNKI in recent years. And summarize, collate and analyze the above papers. Then, We systematically summarized the research progress of massage manipulation in the preven tion and treatment of tendon diseases. Results Results At present, a large number of related studies attach importance to the observation of clinical efficacy and few studies the mechanism of massage manipulation. Conclusion Conclusion Massage has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of tendon diseases. With the deepening of research, it will get more extensive consensus.
