摘 要:采用红外光谱、三维光学变形分析、凝胶含量及界面粘接性能测试等方法,研究了HTPB/IPDI推进剂装药界面弱粘接的增强技术。研究表明,衬层成型前,采用表面处理剂(STA-7),对绝热层表面进行预处理,可抑制近界面推进剂弱强度层的形成,显著提高界面粘接强度。绝热层表面预处理后,近界面推进剂的凝胶含量可提高约90%,联合扯离强度提高400 k Pa以上,达到与推进剂本体强度相当的水平,试件破坏形式与其等效应力云图相符。The soft layer in solid propellant near the bonding interface of HTPB/IPDI propellant/HTPB liner/EPDM insulation was strengthen and studied via FTIR/ATR,optical 3D measurement,gel-content and bonding strength testing.The results showed that the soft layer in solid propellant near the interface could be eliminated when the insulation is washed with surface treating agent before casting,as a consequence,the bonding strength of the interface could be increased significantly.The gel content of the layer in solid propellant near the interface and the bonding strength could be increased over 90% and 400 k Pa respectively after introducing the surface treating agent.Moreover,the bonding strength was as high as the strength of propellant and the broken samples were consitent with equivalent stress contour.
