琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月梅州市人民医院收治的86例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为甲组与乙组,每组43例。乙组患者给予常规治疗,甲组患者在乙组治疗基础上采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后左心室射血分数、6 min步行距离、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,甲组患者左心室射血分数及6 min步行距离均明显高于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,甲组患者左心室收缩末期内径及左心室舒张末期内径均明显小于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心力衰竭,能有效改善患者心功能,提高生存率,且安全性较高。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets treatment in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 86 cases of chronic heart failure were selected from January 2014 to June 2015 in Meizhou People＇s Hospital were as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.Group B patients were given conventional treatment,the patients were treated by Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of group B on the basis of.The left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, patients with a left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking distance were significantly higher than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after the treatment,the patients with left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were significantly less than group B,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets for the treatment of chronic heart failure,can effectively improve cardiac function,improve the survival rate, and high safety.
