摘　　要：目的观察MEBO(moist exposed burn ointment,湿润烧伤膏)联合创疡贴治疗老年软组织挫裂伤清创缝合术后创面的临床疗效。方法对2013年1月—2016年6月核工业四一六医院骨科收治的23例外伤性老年软组织挫裂伤患者于清创缝合后采用MEBO联合创疡贴治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗过程中,所有患者创面均无感染、无坏死,且Ⅰ期愈合,愈合时间为28~45 d,愈后皮肤均无瘢痕增生。结论 MEBO联合创疡贴治疗老年软组织挫裂伤清创缝合术后创面,疗效显著,操作简便,值得临床推广应用,Objective To observe the clinical effects of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment（MEBO） in combination with MEBO Wound Ulcer Dressing in the management of the postoperative wound following the debridement and suture for soft tissue contusion and laceration in the elderly.Methods MEBO in combination with MEBO Wound Ulcer Dressing was used to treat the postoperative wound following the debridement and suture for soft tissue contusion and laceration in 23 patients admitted to Orthopedic Surgery Department of The Nuclear Industry 416 Hospital between January 2013 and June2016.The clinical effects were observed.Results All patients achieved primary healing and suffered no wound infection or necrosis during the treatment course,with the healing time ranging 28-45 days.No hypertrophic scarring was observed after healing.Conclusion MEBO in combination with MEBO Wound Ulcer Dressing should be promoted in the clinical practice for the treatment of postoperative wound following the debridement and suture for soft tissue contusion and laceration in the elderly due to its excellent clinical efficacy and simple procedures.
