MEBT/MEBO治疗不同类型手指开放性损伤临床体会

摘　　要：目的总结、探讨原位再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed bum ointment,MEBT/MEBO)治疗不同类型手指开放性损伤的临床疗效。方法对2012年1月—2016年1月连云港长寿医院及连云港市中医院收治的11例不同类型手指开放性损伤患者采用MEBT/MEBO治疗,并观察治疗效果,总结治疗经验。结果 11例患者的手指损伤创面均完全愈合,愈合时间最短为4周,最长为20周(合并糖尿病患者),其中软组织撕脱伤及切割伤感染创面均完全再生愈合,愈后手指基本恢复原貌;挤压伤创面愈后伴有轻度瘢痕增生,但手指功能基本恢复正常。结论 MEBT/MEBO治疗手指开放性损伤可最大限度保留手指长度及功能,疗效显著,操作简便。Objective To summarize and explore the clinical effects of Moist Exposed Bum Therapy（MEBT） /Moist Exposed Burn Ointment（MEBO） in the treatment of different types of open injury of fingers.Methods Eleven patients with different open injuries of fingers admitted to Changshou Hospital in Lianyungang and Lianyungang Hospital of Chinese Medicine between January 2012 and January 2016 were treated with MEBT/MEBO.The clinical effects were observed and treatment experience was summarized.Results The open injury wounds in 11 patients all healed completely with the shortest healing time of 4 weeks and the longest of 20 weeks（for patients complicated with diabetes）,among which the infected avulsion wounds and incised wounds all achieved complete regenerative healing and the affected fingers were basically restored to their original appearance;mild hypertrophic scarring was observed in the crush wounds after healing,but the functions of the fingers were basically restored to normal.Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of open injury of fingers,with its simple procedures,could optimally reserve the length and function of the affected fingers and realize excellent clinical efficacy.
