足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复足背远端创面疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复足背远端创面的临床疗效。方法对2010年11月—2015年12月中同石油天然气集团公司中心医院整形外科收治的16例足外伤患者采用足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复治疗,观察治疗效果。结果足背远端创面Ⅰ期愈合者15例;因皮瓣边缘部分坏死,Ⅱ期愈合者1例。患者出院后随访2个月~4年,皮瓣质地及弹性良好,与周围肤色接近,足背外观及功能恢复满意,其中随访2年以上者,皮瓣浅感觉均恢复正常。结论足背内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复足背远端创面,操作简便,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of neurocutaneous vascular flaps from medial foot dorsum in repairing distal fool dorsal wounds.Methods Sixteen patients with foot trauma admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department of CNPC Central Hospital between November 2010 and December 2015 were treated with neurocutaneous vascular flaps from medial foot dorsum,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results Among the patients,15 patients achieved primary healing and secondary healing occurred in only one patient due to partial necrosis at flap peripheries.The follow-up of two months to four years after the discharge showed the flaps were good in texture and elasticity and almost in the same color as the surrounding skin,with satisfactory dorsal appearance and function.For those who have been followed up for more than two years,the flap superficial sensation has returned to normal.Conclusion Use of Neurocutaneous vascular flaps from medial foot dorsum in repairing distal foot dorsal wounds should be promoted in clinical practice due to its easy and simple operation and satisfactory therapeutic effect.
