摘 要:目的观察、总结原位再生医疗技术联合地塞米松及扑尔敏治疗药物过敏致全身剥脱性皮炎的临床疗效。方法对2016年9月牡丹江医学院红旗医院普外科收治的1例药物过敏致全身剥脱性皮炎患者采用外涂地塞米松与扑尔敏粉末联合电烤治疗3 d后,患者皮炎加重,遂改为原位再生医疗技术联合地塞米松及扑尔敏治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗10 d后,患者皮炎创面恢复良好,患者出院。结论原位再生医疗技术联合地塞米松及扑尔敏治疗药物过敏致全身剥脱性皮炎,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effects of the in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with dexamethasone and ehlorphenamine maleate in the treatment of systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis. Methods One patient with systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis admitted to the General Surgery Department of Hongqi Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College in September 2016 was treated by external application of dexamethasone and ehlorphenamine maleate powders in combination with electric heating therapy for 3 days, but the dermatitis was aggravated and thus the treatment protocol was switched to the in situ regenerative medical tech- nology in combination with dexamethasone and ehlorphenamine maleate, and the clinical effects were observed. Results After 10 days of treatment, the dermatitis wounds recovered well and the patient was discharged. Conclusion The in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with dexamethasone and chlorphenamine maleate should be promoted in the clinical practice for the treatment of systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis since it has excellent clinical efficacy.
