摘  要:目的探讨持续封闭负压引流(VAC)技术在深度烧伤创面修复中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的60例深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组行持续封闭负压引流技术,对照组行生物敷料A方法。结果观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的创面愈合时间、Mc Gill疼痛评分、抗感染药物使用时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续封闭负压引流技术可显著提高深度烧伤创面的修复效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) in the repair of deep bum wounds. Methods 60 cases of deep bum patients were randomly divided into two groups equally. In the observation group, the wound was repaired by continuous vacuum-assisted closure technique, and the control group was treated with biological dressing A to repair the wound. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). The McGill pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the wound healing time, use time of anti-infection drug and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Continuous vacuum-assisted closure technique can significantly improve the repair effect of deep bum wound, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
