髂腹股沟联合K-L入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折的围手术期优质护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用髂腹股沟联合K-L入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折围手术期优质护理的效果。方法选择前后联合入路治疗的复杂型髋臼骨折患者65例,随机分为常规护理组32例和优质护理组33例,常规护理组在围术期采用常规护理,优质护理组采用优质护理,比较两组的术后关节功能和并发症发生情况。结果两组患者均为骨性愈合,术后平均随访(28.5±8.5)个月。优质护理组的术后关节功能优良率为87.9%,显著高于常规护理组的71.9%(P<0.05)。优质护理组的术后并发症发生率为3.0%,显著低于常规护理组的15.6%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对于行髂腹股沟联合K-L入路治疗的复杂髋臼骨折患者效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative quality nursing for complicated acetabular fracture with combined ilioinguinal and kocher-langenbeck （K-L） approaches. Methods 65 cases of patients with complicated acetabular fracture who received combined ilioinguinal and kocher-langenbeck （K-L） approaches were selected and randomly divided into two groups. During perioperative period, 32 eases of routine nursing group received routine nursing, while 33 cases of quality nursing group received quality nursing. The postoperative joint function and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Patients of both groups had bone healing, and the average postoperative follow-up time was （28.5 ± 8.5） months. The excellent and good rate of postoperative joint function of quality nursing group was 87.9%, significantly higher than 71.9% of routine nursing group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of quality nursing group was 3.0%, significantly lower than 15.6% of routine nursing group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Perioperative quality nursing has significant efficacy for complicated acetabular fracture with combined ilioinguinal and kocher-langenbeck （K-L） approaches.
