集束化护理在肿瘤患儿PICC置管中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在肿瘤患儿PICC置管中的应用价值。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院收治的100例肿瘤患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组各50例。对照组患儿应用普通护理,实验组患儿应用集束化护理,比较两组的导管维护不良事件发生率、患儿家属的满意度评分及PICC置管时间。结果实验组的导管维护不良事件发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。实验组患儿家属的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的PICC置管时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤患儿采取集束化护理可有效减少不良事件的发生,延长置管时间,提高患儿家属的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of cluster nursing in PICC catheterization for children with cancer. Methods A total of 100 cases of children with cancer who received PICC catheterization in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received general nursing, while the experimental group received duster nursing. The incidence of adverse events of catheter maintenance, score of satisfaction degree of children＇s relatives, and duration of PICC catheterization were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events of catheter maintenance of experimental group was 6.00%, significantly lower than 28.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The score of satisfaction degree of children＇s relatives of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the duration of PICC catheterization was significantly longer than that of control group （both P〈0.05）. Conclusions Cluster nursing in PICC catheterization for children with cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, prolong the duration of PICC catheterization, and improve the satisfaction degree of children＇s relatives.
