摘  要:目的了解深圳市龙华新区苯职业接触者的细胞色素氧化酶基因多态性。方法选取深圳市龙华新区100例苯接触职工作为观察组,并选取同一地区100例非苯职业接触者作为对照组。采集两组的血样,应用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应方法对CYP2E1 Rsa I/Pst I/Dra I基因多态性进行研究分析。结果观察组和对照组的CYP2E1 Dra I基因型和等位基因的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组的CYP2E1 Rsa I/Pst I基因型与等位基因的分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论因CYP2E1 Rsa I/Pst I位点的突变,体内的CYP2E1表达可能会增强,因此携带此类基因的人群更易因长期苯接触而中毒。Objective To leam the gene polymorphism of cytochrome oxidase of persons contacted with benzene occupationally in Longhua New District, Shenzhen. Methods 100 staffs exposed to benzene occupationally in Longhua New District, Shenzhen were selected as observation group, and 100 staffs who did not exposed to benzene occupationally in same area were selected as control group. Blood samples were collected, and polymerase chain reaction restriction-fragment length polymorphism was used to analyze the gene polymorphism of CYP2E1 Rsa FPst I/Dra I. Results There was no statistical significance for the distribution difference between CYP2E1 Dra I genotype and allele for people in these two groups (P〉O.05), while the distribution difference between CYP2E1 Rsa//Pst I genotype and allele for people in these two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions In vivo CYP2E1 expression may be enhanced due to the mutation of CYP2E1 Rsa I/Pst I locvus, therefore people with such gene are more likely to be poisoned after long-term contact with benzene.
