摘 要:针对风城油田重32井区蒸汽吞吐轮次高、周期产油量低、油汽比低等突出问题,建立直井水平井组合蒸汽驱典型井组的数值模拟模型,通过设置不同的参数组合方案,运用单因素法和正交实验法研究井网井距、转驱时机、注采参数等对生产效果的影响。分析结果表明,直井水平井组合蒸汽驱合理的开发技术参数为:直井与水平井井距为35 m;水平段位于直井井排中间;直井蒸汽吞吐8周期、水平井蒸汽吞吐2周期后转蒸汽驱;注汽速度为70 t/d;采注比为1.2;井底蒸汽干度大于0.7;井口Sub-cool(井口压力对应的饱和蒸汽温度与流体实际温度的差值)为10~20℃;直井连续注汽200 d后可转轮换注汽,注3个月停1个月。试验区转蒸汽驱后,日产油由63 t/d升至117 t/d,阶段油汽比由0.08升至0.19。研究成果可有效指导超稠油蒸汽驱现场动态调控,为后续技术推广提供理论支持与经验借鉴。The steam flooding in Wellblock Zhong32 of Fengcheng Oilfield is challenged by multiple huff-puff rounds, low production per cycle, low oil-steam ratio and other issues. A numerical model of typical wellgroup with vertical-horizontal well combination is established, single-factor and orthogonal experiment arc used to study the effects of well pattern and well spacing, conversion time, injection-production parameters and other factors on steam flooding performance. According to the research, the optimal parameters for steam flooding with vertical-hori- zontal well combination are as follows: the vertical-horizontal well spacing is 35 m, lateral section is located in the middle part of vertical well row, steam flooding is carried out after 8-cycle steam huff-puff in vertical well and 2- cycle steam huff-puff in horizontal well, steam injection rate is 70 t/d, production-injection ratio is 1.2, bottom- hole steam ratio exceeds 0. 7, wellhead sub-cool ( the temperature difference between saturated steam temperature corresponding to wellhead pressure and actual fluid temperature) is 10-20℃ , cycle injection is carried out after continuous steam injection for 200 d, and the injection cycle is 3 months with an interval of 1 month. After steam flooding is implemented in this test wellblock, the daily oil production increases from 63 t/d to 117 t/d and the stage oil-steam ratio increases from 0. 08 to 0. 19. This research could provide significant guidance for field adjust- ment of steam flooding in super-heavy oil reservoir and could also provide theoretical and empirical reference for subsequent technology promotion.
