摘 要:针对兴9砾岩体储气库固井过程中存在的井深封固段长、地层承压能力低、砾岩体上部气层活跃、全井水泥浆性能要求高等难点,开展了复合堵漏工艺研究,对水泥浆体系、冲洗隔离一体化体系和浆柱结构进行了优化,并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明:高温承压堵漏体系能显著提高低压地层承压能力;防窜韧性水泥浆体系具有良好的防气窜性能、较高的抗压强度以及较低的弹性模量;低密高强水泥浆体系失水量小、稠化时间可调、早期强度高,能够满足120℃温差下施工需求。大排量注替工艺等配套措施的应用,提高了顶替效率,确保了长封固段一次上返和盖层有效封隔。现场应用效果良好,该技术为兴9储气库后续建设提供了技术支撑。Cementing operations in the Xing-9 conglomerate gas storage are characterized by significant depths, long cementing intervals, low formation pressure-bearing capacities, active gas layers in upper parts of conglomer- ates, high demands for cement slurry and other difficulties. Under such circumstances, researches have been per- formed for comprehensive lost-circulation prevention techniques for optimization of cement slurry system, integral flushing and isolation system, together with slurry column structures. These technologies have been applied on site. Research results show the newly-developed high-temperature pressure-bearing lost-circulation prevention system can effectively promote pressure-bearing capacities of low-pressure formations; The anti-channeling cement slurry system displayed outstanding anti-channeling performances, high compressive strength and relatively low elastic modulus; At the same time, low-density and high-strength cement slurry system characterized by low water loss, adjustable thickening time and high early strength can effectively satisfy demands for operations under differential temperature of 120 ~C. High-rate displacement processes and other supplementary technologies can enhance dis- placement efficiency and can ensure one-time up-return of long cementing intervals and effective isolation of cap- ping formations. Satisfactory performances have been observed in on-site application. The newly-developed technol- ogies may provide reliable technical support for construction of the Xing-9 gas storage in later stages.
