不同处理对沙枣硬枝扦插效果的影响

摘　　要：将沙枣插穗分别用50、100、200 mg/L ABT-1号生根粉以及清水浸泡24 h,然后取出进行露地扦插和覆盖地膜扦插,研究不同处理对成活率和苗木高度、地径粗度、根系条数、根系平均长度等指标的影响。结果表明:200 mg/L ABT-1号生根粉处理且覆盖地膜相结合的方式扦插效果最好,可在该盐碱地区推广应用。The Elaeagnus angustifolia L. cuttages section was separately soaked in 50,100,200 mg/L ABT-1 and water for 24 hours ,then taken out the outdoor for cutting and covering film cutting.The effects of different treatment on survival rate and seedling height, ground diameter, root length, root number of Elaeagnus angustifolial L. were studied.The results showed that the effect soaking in 200 mg/L ABT-1 and covering flim treatment was the best, it was worth popularization and application in saline.
