摘　　要：随着基因工程技术的快速发展,重组蛋白表达技术越来越成熟,然而重组蛋白的分离纯化技术相对落后限制了重组蛋白的应用。本文着重介绍了目前重组蛋白分离纯化的主要技术及其特点和应用范围。With the rapid development of genetic engineering technology,the expression of recombinant protein is more and more mature,but the relatively backward technique of separation and purification of recombinant protein limits its application.This review focused on introducing the technique of separation and purification of recombinant proteins and its characteristics and application scope.
