摘　　要：眼镜蛇毒神经毒素(Cobrotoxin,CT)是一种短链神经毒素,最早是从台湾眼镜蛇蛇毒中分离得到的。因其在镇痛和抗癌方面有着显著的效果而成为研究的热点,本文通过对近年来CT的结构、药理作用、镇痛、抗癌研究进展进行综述,旨在为各位研究者提供基础参考资料。The cobra venom neurotoxin （Cobrotoxin, CT） is a kind of short chain neurotoxin that is isolated from the Taiwan cobra venom at the earliest.Because of its significant analgesic and anti-cancer effect, CT is becoming a hot research.This article summarized the research progress of structure,pharmacological effect, analgesic and anticancer of CT in recent years, aimed to provide basic references for researchers.
