摘　　要：目的探讨增强型体外反搏(EECP)对冠心病(CHD)患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2015年8月本院心血管内科收治的90例CHD患者,其中47例患者仅采用常规药物治疗(常规组)、43例患者采取常规疗法+EECP治疗(EECP组),疗程5周,观察两组患者血浆hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2的水平变化。结果治疗前,EECP组和常规组患者的Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP测定值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3周、5周后,EECP组患者的Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP水平均显著低于常规组患者(P<0.05),EECP组患者的Lp-PLA2水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05),两组患者的hs-CRP水平与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 EECP能显著降低CHD患者血浆hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2的水平。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced external counter pulsation （EECP） on plasma levels of high sensitive C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 （Lp-PLA2） in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Selected 90 cases of patients with CHD in January 2012 to 2015 August the hospital admitted to Department of Cardiology, which 47 cases of patients only with routine therapy （conventional group） ,43 patients take conventional therapy ＋ EECP treatment （EECP group）. After 5 weeks of treatment, were observed in two groups of patients with plasma hs CRP, Lp-PLA2 levels. Results Before treatment, EECP group of patients with a combination of conventional Lp-PI.A2,hs-CRP measured values there were no statistical significantly differences （P〈0.05）. Patients were treated for 3 weeks,5 weeks,EECP group of patients with Lp PLA2, hs-CRP levels there were significantly lower than conventional group patients （P〈0.05）, were statistically significant de- crease （P〈0.05） before the Lp-PLA2 levels and treatment EECP group of patients, before hs-CRP levels of two groups of patients with treatment there were statistical significantly reduction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion EECP may sig- nificantly reduce the hs-CRP, Lp-PLA2 levels in plasma of patients with COPD.
