摘　　要：【目的/意义】提出并解析网络信息生态链协同管理概念,加深人们对网络信息生态链协同管理概念的认同和理解,为网络信息生态链协同管理理论研究和实践活动提供理论指导。【方法/过程】采用借鉴移植、分析综合、逻辑推理等方法,在总结现有协同管理概念的基础上,提出了网络信息生态链协同管理概念,并从管理主体、管理对象、管理职能和管理目的四个方面对网络信息生态链协同管理概念进行解析。【结果/结论】网络信息生态链协同管理主体是对网络信息生态链协同管理客体进行管理的机构和个人,具有成员构成有多元性、职权结构层次性、管理动作协同性和动态变化频繁性等特点;管理对象是网络信息生态链的协同活动,包括链内协同活动和链间协同活动、常规协同活动与专项协同活动;管理职能是对网络信息生态链协同管理一般过程和基本内容的概括,包括协同活动的决策谋划、资源配置、过程调控和绩效评价四项职能;管理目的是获得最佳的协同效应。[Purpose/significance] This paper puts forward and analyzes the concept of network information ecological chain coordination management, in order to deepen the recognition and understanding of the concept and to provide guid- ance for its＇ theory research and practice activity. [Method/process]Based on the existing concepts of collaborative manage- ment, Collaborative Management of Network Information Ecological Chain is pat forward by means of use for reference, syn- thetical analysis and logical reasoning. And this concept is demonstrated from the aspects of the management subject, the management object, the management function and the management purpose. [ Result/conclusion] The subject of Collabora- tive Management of Network Information Ecological Chain is organization or individual who manages the object of Collabor- ative Management of Network Information Ecological Chain. Correspondingly, diversity of members, hierarchy of authority structures, cooperativity of management actions and frequency of dynamic variations are the characteristics of it; manage- ment objects are the coordination activities of the network information ecological chain, including collaboration activities within the chain, between the chains, conventional collaborative activities and special coordination activities; management function is the summary of the general process and basic content of Collaborative Management of Network Information Eco- logical Chain, including decision planning, resource allocation, process control and performance evaluation; management purpose is to obtain the best collaboration effects.
