A Review of Domestic and Foreign Researches on Users' Continuance of Social Apps

摘  要:【目的/意义】梳理并分析国内外社交类应用持续使用的研究文献,为国内相关研究的深入拓展提供参考和借鉴。【方法/过程】利用文献调研、词频统计和内容分析等方法,从文献数量分布、理论与模型应用和影响因素三个方面展现该主题研究现状。【结果/结论】该领域的研究处于初始阶段;学者们多关注持续使用意愿,而对持续使用行为的研究相对较少;主要以期望确认模型(ECM)和使用与满足理论(UGT)为理论基础;理论扩展和整合式研究占大多数,尚未形成相对固定的理论/模型;价值因素、转换成本、社会影响、隐私风险和习惯等是主要影响因素。【Purpose/significance】We organize and analyze the research literatures of users' continuance of social Apps athome and abroad in order to provide references for domestic related study. [Method/process】Using the methods of documentinvestigation, word frequency statistics and content analysis, we present the research progress from the aspects of researchquantities distribution, theory/model application, and influencing factors.【Result/conclusion】Results show that the studyfor users' continuance of social Apps has just started in recent years, it's still at an initial stage. Scholars in and abroad aremore concerned about the study of continuance intention, focusing less on continuance usage. They have mainly started tomake empirical research based on Expectation Confirmation Model, as well as Uses and Gratifications Theory. Besides that,most current studies are based on classical theories with some core variables added to the original model for extension andintegration, an entirely new theory/model pertaining to continuance usage for social Apps has not been constructed. Mean-while, five factors were summarized in this field, namely, perceived value, switching cost, social factors, privacy risk andhabit.
