摘 要:动磁式直线振荡电机,作为一种直线压缩机的驱动源,与传统旋转电机加曲柄连杆的驱动机构相比,具有结构简单、效率高、免维护等优点。该文针对其动子质量大、共振频率偏低、推力小等问题,分析电机的工作原理,建立有限元参数化模型,讨论电磁学和动力学之间的关系,并基于此提出一种优化的直线振荡电机结构。通过仿真分析,得出动子受力和位移随时间呈正弦分布的规律,电流频率和动子质量对运动位移影响较大,永磁体尺寸对电磁推力影响较大。合理设计电机的参数后,得到一种行程远、推力大的动磁式直线振荡电机。Compared with conventional drive mechanism which has rotating motor with crank connecting link, linear oscillating motor with moving magnet is one kind of driving source of linear compressor which has many advantages like simple structure, high efficiency and maintenance-free. In this paper, in consideration of some problems such as big quality of mover, low resonance frequency and small thrust, analyzed the working principle of the motor, established finite element parametric model, and then discussed the relationships between electromagnetism and kinetics. Based on this, proposed one kind of optimization motor structure of linear oscillating. Through the simulation, it can be verified that the electromagnetic force and the displacement of the mover are sinusoidal over time, the current frequency and quality of the mover have impact on the displacement, and the size of the permanent magnets has impact on the electromagnetic force. After having designed reasonable parameters, obtained a long-distance, big-thrust linear compressor with moving magnet.
