摘 要:开关磁阻电机不仅具有结构简单、坚固耐用、控制灵活的优点,同时还具有容错性强、起动转矩大、效率高等优点。为增强其安装和制造的灵活性、运行可靠性、可维护性及容错性,提出一种分块组合式结构的开关磁阻电机,首先利用有限元软件,建立电机二维模型并进行仿真,得出电流、转速等性能曲线;然后采用有限元3D模块建立开关磁阻电机三维模型和电机的功率变换电路,构成一个完整的仿真系统,最后通过有限元分析,得到了详细的转矩、电流和磁链的特性。结果表明了所建立的仿真计算模型的有效性,该结构设计灵活、合理,为开关磁阻电机的设计、仿真提供了参考。Switched reluctance motor not only has the advantages of simple structure, solid and durability, flexibility on control, but also has the advantages of strong fault-tolerance ability, high starting torque, high efficiency, etc. In order to enhance the flexibility of its installation and manufacturing, operation reliability, maintainability and fault tolerance, a modular combined switched reluctance motor was proposed, and firstly, a two-dimensional model of the motor was established and simulated in the finite element software, and the performance curves of current and velocity were derived; then the three-dimensional model of switched reluctance motor and its power conversion circuit were established in the finite element 3D module, which formed a complete simulation system. Finally, the detailed characteristics of torque, current and flux linkage were obtained by the finite element analysis. The results show the effectiveness of the presented simulation and calculation models, and the flexibility and rationality of the structure design, which provides the reference for design and simulation of switched reluctance motors.
