摘　　要：综述了填充型导热绝缘高分子复合材料的应用背景和特点,介绍了该类复合材料的综合性能和研究方面的进展,讨论了导热机制以及不同因素对导热机制的影响,最后,指出了填充型导热绝缘高分子复合材料在研究与开发中面临的问题及发展的趋势。The backgrounds and characteristics of insulating and thermal conductive filled polymer composites were summarized. The comprehensive performance and research of the composites were introduced. Moreover, the thermal conducting mechanism of the composites and some influence factors on thermal conducting mechanism were discussed. Finally, some problems and development trends in the research and development of the composites were pointed out.
