内镜下黏膜剥离术患者出院准备度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的提高内镜下粘膜剥离术后患者出院准备度。方法采用一般资料问卷和出院准备度量表,对某三级甲等医院消化内科228例行内镜下粘膜剥离术的患者进行调查,了解现状并分析其影响因素。结果患者出院准备度条目均分为(7.70±1.60)分。出院准备度各维度评分从高到底依次为可获得的社会支持、自身状况、疾病知识、出院后应对能力。多元线性回归分析显示年龄、婚姻状况、家与医院或诊所距离、住院天数是出院准备度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论内镜下黏膜剥离术后患者出院准备度有待提高,医护人员应注重住院期间患者的健康教育及院外的随访,进行针对性、个体化的干预,提高患者的出院准备度。Objective To further improve the degree of discharge of patients after endoscopic mucosal stripping surgery.Methods 228 cases of patients underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection in the department of gastroenterology of a three level of first-class hospital were investigated by the general information questionnaire and discharge readiness scale to understand the current situation and analyze its influencing factors. Results The average score of the patients＇ discharge preparation item was（7. 70＋1. 60） points.The scores of each dimension of the degree of readiness for discharge from high to low order were obtainable social support,self-condition,disease knowledge,and coping ability after discharge. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marital status,home and hospital or clinic distance,length of hospital stay were the influence factors of discharge preparation（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The degree of discharge preparation of patients after endoscopic mucosal stripping needs to be improved.Health care workers should pay attention to the health education of patients during hospitalization and follow-up,and to carry out targeted and individualized intervention to improve the degree of patient＇s discharge readiness.
