围手术期舒适护理对乳腺癌患者术后的积极影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术患者围手术期的影响。方法我院2015年行乳腺癌改良根治术患者100例被随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组围手术期实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者焦虑情绪进行评分,记录轻、中、重度焦虑例数;根据主诉疼痛的程度分级法(VRS法)对患者疼痛程度进行分级,记录两组患者各疼痛级别例数。结果观察组中、重度焦虑发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛级别例数低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施舒适护理干预可以有效地缓解乳癌改良根治术围手术期患者焦虑情绪和术后疼痛,护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on perioperative period of breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.Methods 100 patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group in our hospital in 2015.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The Self rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） was used to score anxiety of the two groups of patients,and the number of patients with mild,moderate and severe anxiety was recorded. The degree of pain of patients was graded according to the grading of complaints of pain（ VRS method）.And the number of pain levels in the two groups was recorded.Results In the observation group,the incidence of moderate and severe anxiety was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the number of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ pain levels of the control group was lower than that of the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety and postoperative pain of patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and the nursing effect is remarkable,which is worth promoting.
