摘 要:采用冷冻法脱除模拟含盐制革废水中的中性盐,在冷冻温度为-20℃,结冰率为50%的条件下,脱盐率可达50%左右,废水中盐浓度从8 000mg/L降至4 000mg/L左右。对冷冻温度、结冰率、废水成分等影响脱盐率的几个主要因素的研究结果表明:脱盐率随着冷冻温度的升高而升高;结冰率的提高会使脱盐率降低;在其他条件相同的情况下,盐浓度越低,脱盐率越高;模拟含盐制革废水中明胶浓度以及表面活性剂SDBS浓度均影响脱盐率。Freezing method was used for the desalination of simulated salt contained tannery wastewater, it is fbund that the desalination rate is about 50% when the freezing temperature is -20℃ and freezing rate is 50%, resulting the salt concentration greatly decreases from 8 000mg/L to 4000mg/L. Further investigation on the main factors affecting the desalination rate including freezing temperature, freezing rate and wastewater composition indicates that the desalination rate increases witla the increase of temperature, and decreases with the increase of the freezing rate. However, higher desalination rate will be obtained at a relative lower salt concentration. In addition, the concentration of gelatin and surfactant SDBS in the salt contained tannery wastewater obviously affect its desalination rate.
