摘 要:糟朽皮革文物保护的重要问题之一是选择合适的加固材料。以动物皮为原料,制备与皮革具有同源性的皮浆作为糟朽皮革的加固材料。用戊二醛、单宁对皮浆膜进行改性,提高皮浆膜的热稳定性。以改性皮浆膜的抗张强度和断裂伸长率为主要指标来评估皮浆作为加固材料的可行性。通过加固人工老化皮革试验,对比分析了样品加固前后的机械强度、纤维形态。结果表明:处理剂戊二醛、单宁酸溶液的首选质量分数分别为3%、12%。皮浆膜的抗张强度可达5N/mm^2以上,断裂伸长率可达90%以上。皮浆能补充和改善糟朽皮革中流失和变性的胶原蛋白,有效提高其物理性能。本研究为糟朽皮革文物的加固保护提供了新思路。One of the key matters of decayed leather protection is choosing suitable reinforcement materials. Using the animal skin as raw materials, the skin pulping which is homologous with leather was prepared and was used as reinforcement material of decayed leather. The glutaraldehyde and tannins were used to make the skin serosa modified to improve the thermal stability of the reinforcement material. Tensile strength and breaking elongation of the modified skin serosa were used as main evaluation indexes to assess the feasibility of it used as reinforcement material. Mechanical strength and fiber morphology of samples before and after reinforce were analyzed by artificial aging leather testing. Results indicate that the best percent concentration of the glutaraldehyde and the tannins are 3%, 12% respectively. The tensile strength of the material is 5N/mm^2 and the breaking elongation is up to 90%. The skin pulping can add and improve the collagen which is run off and denatured in decayed leather, thus improving the physical property of the decayed leather effectively. It provides a new method for reinforcement protection of decayed leather.
