超声在哺乳期瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产后清宫中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨床边超声检查在引导哺乳期瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产后宫腔残留清宫术中的应用价值。方法选择哺乳期瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产后宫腔内残留需行清宫术患者106例，随机分为超声引导组56例，对照组50例。超声引导组应用床边超声引导清宫，对照组应用传统清宫。记录两组的清宫手术时间、术中出血量；并观察两组术中及术后并发症。结果超声引导组清宫手术时闾、术中出血量较对照组减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；超声引导组术后并发症与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；超声引导组与对照组术中与术后并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论床边超声在引导哺乳期瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产后宫腔残留清宫术的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症少，值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To evaluate the value of application in the bedside ultrasound guided curettage of scar uterus of lactation after mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor. Methods Selected 106 cases of intrauterine residues after mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor in the scar uterus of lactation.The patients were needed for curettage in clinica, they were divided into the ultrasound guided group of 56 cases, and the other 50 cases as control group.The ultrasound guided group was applied bedside ultrasound guided curettage, the control group was applied traditional curettage. The two groups were recorded the operation time and the amount of intraoperative bleeding.They were observed the intraoperative complications and the complications after operation. Results The ultrasound guided group compared with the control group, the operation time and intraoperative blood loss were decreased, there were significant statistical differences （ P〈0.05 ） .The ultrasound guided group compared with the control group, the complications after operation were decreased, there were significant statistical differences （ P〈0.05 ） ; the intraoperative complications and the complications after operation were no significant statistical differences between the two groups （P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion The bedside ultrasound guides curettage of intrauterine residues of scar uterus of lactation after mid trimester of pregnancy induced labor, operation time and bleeding volume and complications were less, it is worthy of clinical application.
