消炎生肌膏治疗严重足外伤合并脉管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察消炎生肌膏在严重足外伤合并脉管炎皮肤及软组织缺损中的疗效。方法12例严重足外伤合并脉管炎，早期清创及负压封闭引流治疗后，应用消炎生肌膏，观察术后创口愈合的情况。结果9例应用消炎生肌膏1周，创面肉芽组织新鲜；3例应用2周后，骨外露消失，肉芽组织饱满，均在2-8周内达到创面愈合。结论消炎生肌膏能减少创面感染、刺激肉芽生长，避免植皮带来的并发症，是修复严重足外伤合并脉管炎创面的理想方法。Objective To explore effect of treatment of anti-inflammatory muscle cream in patients with the skin and tissue defects after foot impairment and thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods Totally 12 patients were treated with anti-inflammatory muscle cream after early debridement and vacuum sealing drainage, and then we observed the wound healing. Results In 9 cases, the wound became fresh after being controlled by anti- inflammatory muscle cream for one week.In other 3 patients, the granulation tissue grew well after two weeks. All wounds were healed in 2-8 weeks. Conclusion Anti-inflammatory muscle cream can reduce the wound germiculture positive rate, stimulate the growth of granulation tissue, and avoid complications caused by skin grafting.It is a ideal method of repairing the wound after foot impairment and thromboangiitis obliterans.
