无缝隙护理管理在动态血糖监测中的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙护理管理方法在内分泌科72h动态血糖监测患者中的实践与效果。方法建立无缝隙护理管理圊队，加强动态血糖监测知识培训、探头植入方法与维护、制定动态血糖监测流程，统一规范佩戴前后宣教内容。结果无缝隙护理管理方法有效提高护理人员的知识技能掌握度、降低动态血糖监测相关不良事件，从而提高患者满意度。结论实施无缝隙护理管理可以提高内分泌科动态血糖监测的准确性与有效性，提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the practice and effects of seamless nursing management in continuous dynamic glucose monitoring in diabetic patients. Methods Through establishment of the seamless nursing management team, we strengthened the nurse knowledge both on continuous dynamic glucose monitoring system and the way of detector implantation and maintenance. At the same time, the dynamic glucose monitoring workflow was developed and patient education was standardized before and after CGMS used. Results As nurses＇ knowledge and skills improved efficiently, the adverse events related to the dynamic blood sugar monitoring decreased remarkably while patient satisfaction increased significantly after executing the seamless nursing management. Conclusion Implementation of seamless nursing management can improve the nursing quality and the accuracy and effectiveness of dynamic blood sugar monitoring on diabetic patients.
