纤维支气管镜用于定位老年患者双腔支气管插管的研究

摘　　要：目的分析纤维支气管镜在定位老年患者双腔支气管插管的作用。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9月在我院胸科住院行双腔支气管插管择期手术老年患者42例。应用听诊法和纤维支气管镜法定位双腔支气管导管的位置,记录导管位置,记录病例人数,分析所记数据资料。结果由纤维支气管镜定位导管位置准确率达95.24%,听诊法定位正确率只为62.16%。纤维支气管镜定位导管位置无误率优于听诊法定位导管位置。结论传统听诊法运用于老年患者双腔支气管插管定位,正确率不高。纤维支气管镜定位法,正确率高,减少了胸科手术变化体位后,重新定位导管位置的可能性,值得在老年患者双腔支气管插管中应用。Objectives To study the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in elderly patients with the positioning of double lumen endobronchial intubation. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016 in hospital for double lumen endotracheal intubation for elective surgery in elderly patients in our hospital 42 cases of chest auscultation. Application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and positioning method of double lumen endotracheal tube support position,recording catheter position,record the case the number of recorded data analysis. Results By fiberbronchoscope catheter position positioning accuracy of 95.24%,auscultation positioning correct rate is 62.16%. Bronchoscopic positioning catheter position without error rate than auscultation positioning catheter position. Conclusions The traditional auscultation method,applied to elderly patients with double lumen endotracheal intubation,the correct rate is not high. Bronchoscopic positioning method,high accuracy,reduce the thoracic surgery after position change,the possibility of re positioning the catheter position,is inserted tube used in elderly patients with double lumen.
