医院护士对老年失禁性皮炎认知与护理现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士对老年失禁性皮炎方面的认知情况及护理现状,为更有效地预防和治疗老年失禁性皮炎提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对500例临床护士进行调查和分析。结果不同学历、不同职称的临床护士对老年失禁性皮炎知识掌握情况有统计学差异;18家医院临床护士对老年失禁性皮炎理论知识得为56.3±22.75分(总分为100分,处于中等水平。临床上对老年失禁性皮炎规范的评估、监测、防治有待提高。结论各医院的护士对老年失禁性皮炎的护理知识和管理有待加强,亟待标准化的护理方案指导实施。Objectives To understand the clinical nurses of incontinent dermatitis in cognitive situation and the present situation of nursing,for more effective prevention and treatment of incontinent dermatitis. Methods The nursing association old guangzhou and stroke care professional committee of the hospital and the questionnaire survey to 500 nurses in analysis. Results Different education,different titles on nurses＇ knowledge of statistical significance of senile Urinary Incontinence Dermatitis; 18 hospitals nurses on theoretical knowledge of Incontinence Dermatitis in the elderly（56. 3 ± 22. 75）（total of 100 points,and is in the middle. On norms of Incontinence Dermatitis in the elderly in clinical assessment,monitoring,prevention and control need to be improved. Conclusions the hospital＇s nurses on nursing care of Incontinence Dermatitis in the elderly and knowledge management needs to be strengthened,and needs to be standardized nursing programme implementation.
