摘　　要：课题组通过对天津市五所高校的学术委员会运行现状及教师体认进行调研,围绕高校教职工视野中的学术权力运行现状进行分析,分析影响学术委员会运行效能的因素,梳理出目前学术委员会权力运行中普遍存在的问题,并对加强现代大学制度下高校学术委员会规范运行的路径提出了建议。By looking into the operation conditions of the academic power and the faculty recognition of the academic committees of five universities in Tianjin, the research group tried to find out the problems and influencing factors, and then gave some suggestions on how to improve the academic committees＇ work under the new framework of modern universities system.
