摘  要:目的研究运动员、体力劳动者和科研人员3类人群的代谢差异,对不同职业人群实施个性化的健康指导。方法随机招募运动员(n=16)、体力劳动者(n=28)及科研人员(n=11)志愿者共55人,分别收集3组志愿者晨尿。运用一维核磁共振技术(nuclear magnetic resonance,1H-NMR)检测尿液中的代谢产物,再通过模式识别的算法筛选尿液中代谢标志物,根据尿液代谢标志物研究3类人群的代谢表型。结果 3组志愿者之间存在着明显的代谢差异,差异显著(P<0.05)的代谢标志物有22个。结论本研究反映了3类人群肠道菌群活性、肌肉代谢和认知功能等之间的差异,为人群健康状态综合评价提供了新思路。Objective To promote the customized health care,the metabolic differences related to physiological variations among the athletes,labors,and researchers were studied. Methods A total of 55 volunteers including 16 athletes,28 labors and 11 researchers were recruited. The first morning urine was collected and profiled using nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR). Data matrix derived from1H-NMR spectra was further processed with multivariate statistical analysis. Finally,biomarkers based on group differences were screened according to their significance and the metabolic phenotypes of the three groups were studied referring the holistic variation of biomarkers. Results A total of 22 biomarkers showed significant differences among the 3 groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion Significant differences existed in the intestinal flora activity,muscle metabolism and cognition function in the three groups which provides a new strategy in evaluating the human health state.
