艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗慢性肾衰恶心呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆方法治疗慢性肾衰恶心、呕吐患者的临床疗效。方法选择2014年4月~2015年6月我科收治的慢性肾衰恶心、呕吐患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为耳穴埋豆组、艾条灸组、艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组,各30例。耳穴埋豆组在常规治疗的基础上加用耳穴埋豆。艾条灸组在常规治疗的基础上加用艾条灸。艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组在常规冶疗的基础上加用艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆。15d后比较三组恶心、呕吐症状的缓解情况。结果耳穴埋豆组恶心治疗总有效率76.66%,艾条灸组80.00%,艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组86.66%,耳穴埋豆组与艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),艾条灸组与艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),耳穴埋豆组与艾条灸组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耳穴埋豆组呕吐治疗总有效率73.33%,艾条灸组83.33%,艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组90.00%,耳穴埋豆组与艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),艾条灸组与艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),耳穴埋豆组与艾条灸组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾条灸、耳穴埋豆、艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆对慢性肾衰恶心、呕吐均有效,但艾条灸联合耳穴埋豆优于单项治疗。Objective to observe article moxa moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries a bean method the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic renal failure patients with nausea and vomiting.Method Selection in April2014-June 2015 from kidney disease of chronic renal failure patients with nausea and vomiting,90 cases were randomly divided into article ear acupuncture point buries bean group,moxa moxibustion group,the article moxa moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group three groups,three groups were compared after 15 drelief of symptoms of nausea and vomiting.Results of ear acupuncture point buries beans disgusting group total effective rate 76.66%,moxa roll moxibustion group 80.00%,moxa roll moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group 86.66%,ear acupuncture point buries bean group and moxa roll moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,moxa roll moxibustion and moxa roll moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the curative effect of ear acupuncture point buries beans and article moxa moxibustion group situation is no statistically significant difference（（P〉0.05）.The ear acupuncture point buries bean group vomiting total effective rate 73.33%,moxa roll moxibustion group 83.33%,moxa roll moxibustion group and ear acupuncture point buries bean group 90.00%,ear acupuncture point buries bean group and moxa roll moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,moxa roll moxibustion group and moxa roll moxibustion combined ear acupuncture point buries bean group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the curative effect of ear acupuncture point buries beans and article moxa moxibustion group situation is no statistically significant difference（（P〉0.05）.Conclusions moxa roll moxibustion,ear acupuncture point buries a bean,article
