摘 要:对TFT-LCD液晶显示面板废水种类及成分进行分析,对不同种类TFT-LCD液晶显示面板废水进行分类收集、分质处理。针对该废水的水质特征,采用混凝沉淀+水解酸化+Bardenpho+MBR+RO膜装置组合工艺对某TFT-LCD液晶显示面板生产废水进行处理后回用于冷却塔补水。运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水COD为3.0mg/L、NH_3-N为0.26mg/L、TN为0.87mg/L、TP为0.01mg/L,满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类标准要求。In this study, the type and composition of TFT-LCD production wastewater were analyzed, and the different types of TFT-LCD production wastewater were collected and treated separately, their classifications and characteristics were collected and classified. According to its characteristics, the TFT-LCD production wastewater was treated by coagulation-sedimentation+hydrolysis acidification+Bardenpho+MBR+RO combined process, and the treated wastewater was used to replenish cooling towers. The results showed that the operational performance of the process was stable. The effluent concentrations were 3.0 mg/L, 0.26 mg/L, 0.87 mg/L and 0.01 mg/L for COD, NH3-N, TN and TP respectively, which met the Ⅳ class standards of the Environmental quality standard for surface water (GB 3838-2002).
