摘  要:通过锥形量热分析研究了苯基改性聚氨基环三磷腈(BPHACTPA)对酚醛胺固化环氧树脂(E-44/NX-2003)的阻燃作用,结果表明BPHACTPA对E-44/NX-2003有明显的阻燃作用,添加质量分数30%的BPHACTPA,E-44/NX-2003的总热释放量、最大热释放速率、平均热释放速率、平均有效燃烧热和平均质量损失速率分别降低了30.5%、56.9%、53.2%、22.1%和16.6%,达到热释放速率峰值所需时间和完全燃烧时间分别从83s和240s增加到了135s和330s。锥形量热实验的残余物分析表明,BPHACTPA主要是通过促进E-44/NX-2003炭化,并在CO2、N2和NH3等惰性气体的发泡作用下形成膨胀性炭层而产生阻燃作用。The flame retardancy of polyaminocyclotriphosphazene modified with phenyl(BPHACTPA) in epoxy resin cured with phenolic amine (E-44/NX-2003) is investigated by cone calorimetry test.The results showed that BPHACTPA) has a good flame retarded effect in E-44/NX-2003,when its dosage is 30% based on the total weight of composites,total heat release,peak heat release rate,average heat release rate,average effective heat of combustion and average mass loss rate are reduced respectively by 30.5% ,56.9%,53.2% ,22.1% and 16.6% ,the time for peak heat release rate and complete combus- tion are increased respectively from 83s and 240s to 135s and 330s.The analysis of residues obtained in cone calorimeter test reveals that BPHACTPA plays a flame retardancy mainly by promoting the char- ring of E-44/NX-2003,and the char is changed into the intumescent layer by the foaming of CO2 ,NH3 and N2 released from the decomposition of the composite.
