摘  要:在现代化的城市建设中,北京的发展速度非常迅速,出现了城市建设用地无序蔓延的情况.本文运用地理分析方法,构建了基于城市规划理论和限建导则的限建区划地图模型,并进行了限建要素分析,限建单元导则制定,限建分区的划分等分析规划内容.在此基础上,利用空间信息技术,结合GIS空间分析方法,设计实现了北京城市限建区划与决策支持应用系统,为限建区规划提供查询、分析及科学计算支持.实践表明,将地理分析运用到城市规划当中具有很强的实际意义和研究价值.In the modern urban construction,the development speed of Beijing is very fast.Meanwhile,it appeared urban construction land sprawl.Based on the theory of urban planning and controlled-construction guidelines,this paper built controlled-construction map model,analyzed controlled-construction element,ruled the controlledconstruction unit and split controlled-construction zone.On this basis,spatial information technology was used with GIS spatial analysis,this paper designed and implemented the Beijing city controlled-construction decision support applications,which was limited to controlled-construction zone to provide query,analysis and scientific computing support.The results show that the geographical analysis applied to urban planning has a strong practical significance and research value.
