村镇建设用地再开发景观生态环境保护规划探讨

摘　　要：近年来我国村镇经济处于高速发展阶段,随着工业化、城镇化的高速推进,村镇发展建设规划存在一定的不合理现象,导致村镇景观受到破坏,生态环境质量下降、土地浪费等问题.为了有效解决在经济发展过程中出现的村镇建设用地景观破坏问题,需要根据我国村镇景观生态环境现状,开展村镇建设用地再开发景观生态环境保护规划研究.村镇建设用地再开发景观生态环境保护规划需要结合区域发展规划、土地利用规划、生态文明建设等内容,在分析村镇主要景观生态环境问题、成因及其空间分布特征的基础上,评价村镇建设用地再开发景观格局生态脆弱性和重要性,并根据规划原则划分景观生态功能区,评估村镇建设用地再开发综合效益,从而完成村镇建设用地再开发景观生态环境保护规划.As the rapid development of rural economy,industrialization and urbanization in China,there are some unreasonable phenomena in rural development construction planning.Landscape ecological environment in rural area is threateneds,leading to the problems such as the damage of rural landscape,the quality reduction of ecological environment and waste of land.In order to solve the problems caused by the rapid economic development,it is needed to propose the technical regulation on ecological and environment protection planning at landscape scale for rural construction land re-development considering the conditions of ecological environment.Ecological environment protection planning for rural construction land re-development needs to combine the regional development planning,land use planning and ecological civilization construction,and evaluate the vulnerability and importance of rural construction landscape ecology based on the analysis of landscape ecological environment problems,causes and its spatial distribution characteristics.Then the ecological function areas are divided according to the planning principles.Comprehensive benefits of rural construction land re-development are evaluated,so as to complete the ecological environment protection planning of rural construction land redevelopment landscape.
