摘　　要：为探讨商品化猪病毒性腹泻三联弱毒疫苗和二联灭活疫苗对仔猪免疫效果的影响,通过前期妊娠母猪跟胎免疫,随机选择胎次相近、无病史新生仔猪80头,随机分成3个试验组和1个对照组。对照组不免疫;试验组仔猪于28日龄首免和65日龄二免三联弱毒疫苗或二联灭活疫苗,应用ELISA试剂盒进行血清抗体检测。结果表明:试验组抗体阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.01),试验组间抗体阳性率第3组高于第1组和第2组(P<0.05),腹泻疫苗在母猪妊娠期接种对仔猪表现出一定的保护力,交替免疫三联弱毒疫苗或二联灭活疫苗效果最佳。本研究为猪病毒性腹泻疫苗免疫提供可行依据。We wished to verify triple attenuated vaccine and combined inactivate vaccine on immunity levels of piglets. Through the early pregnancy sows and fetal immunity, random selection, no parity similar disease history of newborn piglets 80 heads, then, the average was divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control, the piglets in the experimental group were 28 and 65 days old age, respectively, the first immunization and second immunity triple attenuated vaccine and combined inactivate vaccine, serum antibody detection were performed with ELISA kit. Results revealed, it is the antibody positive rate in the experimental groups were higher than that in the control（ P〈0.01 ）, however, the third group was higher than the first and the second group in the experimental groups （P〈0.05）, the diarrhea vaccine showed some protective effects on piglets during gestation period, The effect of alternative immuni- zation of triple attenuated vaccine or combined inactivated vaccine was the most highest levels. The study it provides a feasible basis for the immunization of porcine viral diarrhea vaccine.
