摘　　要：评价铁矿选厂改扩建项目的经济效益的前提是正确区分和计算改造前后的费用和效益。原则是增量分析为主,辅以总量分析。增量效益强调以改扩建前后对比得到的增量数据进行评价。评价方法分动态分析和静态分析。A correct classification and calculation of expenses and benefits before and after renovation is a precondition of economic benefits evaluation for renovation and expansion projects. In principle, incremental analysis is the dominating method, complemented by aggregate analysis. Incremental benefits focus on evaluating incremental data gathered both before and after renovation and expansion. Evaluation methods include dynamic analysis and static analysis.
